If you're familiar with Lil Twist, chances are it's not because of his music. Though the 20-year-old rapper is signed to Young Money Entertainment and Universal Republic, he's better known for his driving skills (or lack thereof) than his flows. But that might change with the upcoming release of his new single, "Twerk."
Twist announced the song in an Instagram post on Saturday, writing, "#TWERK! "Cause somewhere in America Miley Cyrus is still twerkin" ... Go Find It!! #BadDecisions #WildKidz #YMCMB !"
But by Tuesday it appeared that the twerk tides had changed, as a dismayed Twist hinted at recording woes on Twitter: "Honestly. This music game is mad crazy.... Twerk Will be #Twerk with or without her ... Last thing I'm saying about the record."
