Vanessa Hudgens needs to keep herself in tip-top shape. Sure, she was filming Spring Breakers, in her bikini 90% of the time, earlier this Spring and prior to that it turns out she was busy making The Frozen Ground - a great looking thriller with Nicolas Cage and John Cusack -- check out the trailer below - in which she has a pretty racy role. Yeah, so the this is one gal motivated to get out there and get her exercise! But we all already knew that thanks to the great snaps I've been sharing with you of her hitting the gym on a very regular basis. But August 23, 2012, she decided to take her workout outside along with little sister Stella Hudgens and some other gal-pals as she worked up a real sweat out hiking in Runyon Canyon. Looks like a lot of fun actually ..
