Well Miley Cyrus was back out on the streets again trying to drum up support for her DREADFUL NEW 'DO and sure enough managed to find some fans willing to pose with her. But like the last time - you can see that even Miley is regretful - because yet again she's wearing a hat to cover up that disastrous coif!
