If that means what we think it means, longtime only child Selena is preparing to become a big sister!
The happy news is bittersweet, however: Just a year and a half ago, her mother suffered a miscarriage shortly after Gomez announced the pregnancy. Gomez cancelled two performances, citing a family emergency.
