Justin Bieber has been hard at work on his next album “Believe,” so it’s no wonder he was spotted hitting the studio yesterday in Los Angeles, California. Justin is working with a lot of artists on his new CD, and we can’t wait to get a list of all of the big names on the album with Justin!
