It's no secret that Demi Lovato is a wildly talented individual, but who would've guessed she'd be as great behind the camera as she is in front of it? This week, the "Heart Attack" singer unveiled the music video for her new single "Made in the USA," which also happens to be her directorial debut.
Starring Dustin Milligan and Aimee Teegarden, the clip offers a narrative that will be familiar to, say, CMT viewers, depicting a pair of blissfully happy lovers who are separated as one of them marches off to war. It's patriotic, certainly, and romantic too — but what's really surprising is how sensual it is. There's a tenderness in simple human shots, like hands stroking bathwater, that makes this Lovato's sexiest video to date.
