Justin Bieber kept his sunglasses on for the entirety of Game Seven in the NBA Eastern Conference Finals on Monday in Miami, but he wasn't exactly flying under the radar as he sat courtside with a pretty young brunette. NBA fans were very much aware of Bieber's presence, particularly those who sat behind him and had to deal with his massive bodyguard's hulking frame blocking the view.
But it wasn't entirely an evening of leisure for Bieber, who made a major announcement over Instagram shortly after the game. Bieber posted a series of pictures of a crumbling heart with the word "HEARTBREAKER" beneath it, eventually admitting that it's the title of his upcoming single. Yeah... and it looks like a low rent version of 808s and Heartbreaks, but most of his preteen fans won't know that.
Bieber has curious timing, as his on-and-off girlfriend Selena Gomez had just released the cover art and track listing for her new album Stars Dance a few hours before. Maybe he was trying to distract people from her big news! Or maybe I am overthinking the actions of dropcrotch pants-loving 19-year-olds that I don't actually know. It's hard to say.
