Anne Hathaway has a reason to
 party. 

The Dark Knight Risesactress, 29, 

celebrated her engagement 

to fiancé Adam Shulman on 

Saturday night, a source tells PEOPLE. 

The 125-person fete was held at

 Housing Works Bookstore Café

 in downtown Manhattan, according

 to an attendee. There were no

 celebrities at the

 soirée – only family and friends. 

"We hit it off immediately,"

 Hathaway has said of her man,

 who proposed in November,

 adding at a different time that

 she is, "very much in love with
