An Alaskan news reporter (John Krasinski) recruits his ex-girlfriend (Drew Barrymore) to kick-start a campaign to save a family of gray whales trapped by rapidly forming ice in the Arctic Circle. Based on a true story, Kristen Bell, Dermot Mulroney and Ted Danson also star.
