On December 9, 2011 when her father Billy Ray Cyrus was in New York City, Miley Cyrus was in Los Angeles, California attending the 2011 American Giving Awards. The awards ceremony was held at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion and Miley showed up in a stunning gown.
