Miley Cyrus is officially back on Twitter under the account @gypsyhearttour where she is promoting her upcoming international Gypsy Heart Tour. Miley posted the photo above on April 4, 2011 along with Tweeting:
Mustache you to get me to 100,000! (I just wanted a reason to wear a stache. It actually doesn’t even make any sense!)
Then later the star Tweeted the photo and message below:
