On February 16th Vanessa Hudgens was spotted out in the cold of New York in a dress and sandals! She was in the city at The Studio at Lincoln Center for 2011 Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week. When the photo was taken Vanessa was on her way to the Yigal Azrouel Fall 2011 fashion show.

We wonder if Vanessa has run into her ex-boyfriend Zac Efron at all since he is at Fashion Week too…
