A couple of years’ later ambitious Taylor attempted to become a star by applying to record labels around Nashville.When her parents Andrea and Scott realized her daughter was headed for success, they left their Pennsylvania home for the Nashville suburbs.The teenager was granted a development deal by RCA Records to write country tunes, but felt stifled by not having the opportunity to perform as a solo act.Instead the star left the label, before holding an industry showcase for other labels and managers at the Bluebird Cafe in 2005.
